When you subscribe to daily workouts you will have access to my personal app where I will be assigning you custom brand new workouts on a daily basis. With being an athlete I have some fun and experiment with all forms of training, so expect to see all sorts of workouts such as compound, functional, and aerobic movements. You will get a full workout split with sets, reps, and tempos. Implement these workouts in your training by following along within the app. You will have access to a full online portal with other members and also a video library explaining how to do each and every workout.
